Terms and Conditions

1. APPLICATION - By using our services you agree to be bound by the Following terms and conditions which may change from time to time without any notice.

2. SAFE CLEANING - We offer a safe cleaning. This means we will process every garment we accept safely. This does not mean we will remove every stain from every garment. We make no warranties or statements that all stains will come out. The company shall not be responsible for the remove stains caused by standard chemical, etc. However efforts will be made to remove the ordinary stains af disclosed at booking time. We do not offer ceased in order to protect the intercity of the garment.

3. DAMAGE - We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garments.
Nevertheless, we can not assume responsibility for inherent weakness or defects in materials which may result in tears or thr development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry cleaning we can not guaranty against colour loss, cololur bleeding and shrinkage, or against damage to week and tender fabrics, In case the goods are lost or stolen, misplaced or damage, liable to pay only 5 time charges of dry clean on your clothes.

4. PERSONAL ITEMS - Please check all your garments for money, jewellery or other valuable prior to depositing them with us. If we find any valuables in your garments, we will make every effort to return them to you but we can not be held liable for loss of any such articles that are forwareded to us.

5. COLLECTION OF GARMENTS - Every possible care and attention will be paid to delivery the garments on due time, the company however is not responsible delays owing to unavoidable circumstances, Delivery of the goods must be taken within 15 days from the date of booking.

6. Charak will be at ownrisk.

7. The company shall not responsible for the lose of buttons, Zips, Bucket.

8. JURISDICTION - All disputes are subject to Gautam Buddha Nagar jurisdiction.
